Saving Published Events as Templates in SignUpJester
Want to save time when creating similar events in the future? SignUpJester lets you save any published event as a template, so you can reuse the same details without starting from scratch.

Step 1: Create Your Event
Step 2: Save as Template
- After publishing, a popโup box will confirm that the event is published.
- Tick the box โSave as template for future events.โ
- Click Done.
๐ฏ Quick Reminder
- Your saved event will now appear under โYour Saved Formsโ in New Gathering.
- All details are preserved except date/time.
- When reusing the template, youโll need to set the time and date.
