Want to save time when creating similar events in the future? SignUpJester lets you save any published event as a template, so you can reuse the same details without starting from scratch.
👣 Step‑by‑Step Guide
Step 1: Create Your Event
Step 2: Save as Template
- After publishing, a pop‑up box will confirm that the event is published.
- Tick the box “Save as template for future events.”
- Click Done.

🎯 Quick Reminder
- Your saved event will now appear under “Your Saved Forms” in New Gathering.
- All details are preserved except date/time.
- When reusing the template, you’ll need to set the time and date.
