Form Notifications in Onespot (What to Expect + Workarounds)
At the moment, Onespot forms do not send notifications when a form is submitted.
This means:
- Admins are not notified when someone submits a form
- Users (parents or staff) do not receive confirmation notifications after submitting
We know this is important, and it’s something we’re actively working on for a future update.
What You Can Do Instead (Workarounds)
Link Your Onespot Form to a Google Form (Recommended)
The best way to monitor submissions today is by connecting your Onespot form to a Google Form.
With this setup, you can:
- View responses in real-time in Google Sheets
- Keep all submissions organized in one place
- Easily track and review responses as they come in
