Form Notifications in Onespot (What to Expect + Workarounds)

At the moment, Onespot forms do not send notifications when a form is submitted.

This means:

  • Admins are not notified when someone submits a form
  • Users (parents or staff) do not receive confirmation notifications after submitting

We know this is important, and itโ€™s something weโ€™re actively working on for a future update.

With this setup, you can:

  • View responses in real-time in Google Sheets
  • Keep all submissions organized in one place
