Manually Adding Bank Accounts in Stripe for Parents

๐ŸฆThis guide walks you through the process of manually linking a parentโ€™s bank account as a payment method in Stripe. This is useful when parents prefer direct bank payments instead of using credit cards or self-service portals.

1. From your Onespot app, tap the lightning bolt โšก icon.

2. Go to โ€œAll Membersโ€

Access the All Members section to view individual member profiles.

3. Select the Parentโ€™s Account

Click on the specific parent whose payment method you want to add.

4. Click โ€œView in Stripeโ€

This redirects you to their customer dashboard in Stripe.

5. Locate the โ€œPayment Methodsโ€ Section

On the Stripe customer dashboard, scroll to find the Payment Method area.

6. Click โ€œAdd Payment Methodโ€

Select Add a U.S. Bank Account (or appropriate option based on your region).

7. Enter Bank Account Information

Manually input the Routing Number and Account Number provided by the parent.
