Turning My Form Responses On or Off (Admin)

My Form Responses is a self-service option that lets anyone in your app — parents, staff, or other members — see a list of the forms they've personally submitted, right from their own Profile screen. It's separate from the admin-only Form Responses view under Admin Superpowers, which shows every submission from every user.

📍 Where to Turn It On or Off

1. Tap the Lightning Bolt to open Administrative Superpowers.
2. Select App Settings & Design.
3. Find the My Form Responses toggle, just above "Advanced: Enable Public Web Pages."
4. Choose Off or Enabled.

❓ Good to Know

• This is on by default. If your app has never touched this setting, "My form responses" is already visible to your users.
• If a super admin previously turned this off, it stays off until an admin re-enables it.
• This only controls whether users can see their own submissions. To review all form submissions across your community, use Form Responses under Admin Superpowers instead — see Managing Form Responses (Search, Filter, and View).
