How to View Your Past Form Submissions (My Form Responses)

Ever filled out a Onespot Form and wanted to double-check what you submitted? My Form Responses lets you look back at every form you've submitted in the app — no need to ask an admin.

📍 Where to Find This

Tap the person icon 👤 in the top-left corner of the home screen to go to your Profile screen, then look for My form responses in the list of options.

📝 What You'll See

• All your past submissions, newest first, grouped by month.
• Each submission shows the form name, the date you submitted it (e.g. "Today," "Yesterday," or "Aug 20"), and a quick preview of your answers.
• Tap a submission to expand it and see every question and answer in full.
• Tap Open form on an expanded submission to open a fresh, blank copy of that form — handy if you want to submit a new entry (e.g. ordering lunch again, or signing up for a new event). 

🔎 Finding a Specific Submission

• Use the search bar to search by form name, question, answer, or date.
• If you've submitted more than one type of form, the form filter dropdown lets you narrow the list down to just one form at a time.

🏫 If Your School Uses Transparent Classroom

If your child's school also uses Transparent Classroom, you may see a dismissible note at the top pointing you to your child's TC dashboard instead — that's where Transparent Classroom forms (like enrollment or health forms) live, separate from Onespot Forms. You can dismiss this note permanently with the "x" in its corner.
