👣 Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create a New Activity Feed Screen

1. Click the Lightning Bolt ⚡ and select New Screen.
2. Choose Activity Feed as the screen type.
3. Name the feed (e.g., Clover Room Activity Feed).

Step 2: Set Visibility and Permissions

• Choose who can access the feed:
  • All users
  • Only users subscribed to this feed

  • Only specific account types (e.g., Parents, Staff, or Students)

    Set posting permissions:

  • Allow both parents and staff to post updates, or
  • Restrict posting so only staff can post.

Step 3: Click Create

Step 4: Add Members

1. Open the newly created Classroom Activity Feed.
2. Click the Group icon at the top.
3. Click the Add User icon.
4. Select parents (or other members) from the list.
• You can filter members by account type, groups, or admin vs. non-admin.
• Example: Bulk add all Parents of the Clover group to the Clover Classroom Activity Feed.

Step 5: Post and Notify Users

• Admins or authorized users can post updates in the feed.
