🗨️Parents can subscribe to group chats in Onespot to stay updated on classroom news, reminders, and discussions. Once subscribed, they’ll receive notifications whenever someone posts a new message in that chat.

👣 Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log in / Open the app. 📱

• If you’re having trouble logging in or forgot your password, please check our helpful guides on resetting your password.

2. Find the group chat you want to subscribe to. 🔍

3. Open the group chat.
4. Click “Subscribe to Updates.” Once subscribed, the bell will be replaced with a check mark.

5. All set! 🎉

• You’ll now receive push notifications whenever a new message is posted in this group chat.
• To unsubscribe later, just tap the bell icon again.
