Direct (One-on-One Chats) Chat
You can easily connect and communicate within your school community by sending direct messages to any user—parents, staff, or specific individuals—once the admin enables the Direct Chats feature.
How to Start a Direct ( One-on-One Chats) Chat
Note: School admins must enable the direct chats feature before it can be used. Steps on how to do that here: One-on-One Chats
- Click the Chat Icon at the top left of your screen.
- Click the write message icon at the bottom right corner.
- Select "New Chat" from the menu.
- Pick the parent, staff member, or specific individual you want to message directly and start chatting.
😊 Adding Emojis in Chat
If you're using a computer, you can add emojis to your messages using the following shortcuts:
- On Windows: Press Windows +. (period key)
- On Mac: Press Control (Ctrl) + Command (⌘) + Space bar
