Integrating Transparent Classroom with Onespot

👤 How to Add Onespot as an Admin in Transparent Classroom

To complete the Transparent Classroom + Onespot integration, you’ll need to create a dedicated admin account for the Onespot team.


✅ Steps to Add Onespot as an Admin

  1. Log in to your Transparent Classroom administrator account.
  2. Hover over Directory and select Staff.
  3. Click the “New Staff Member” button.
  4. Enter the following:
    • Name: Onespot Apps
    • Email: contact@Onespotapps.com
    • Role: Select only Admin
  5. Click Create and Send Invitation.

Once you've done that, return to your Onespot app and complete the final step of the integration.


Continue Setup in the Onespot App

  1. From your Onespot app, tap the lightning bolt ⚡ icon.
  2. Scroll down to find Transparent Classroom, and tap Enable Integration.

  1. Read the Data Sharing Agreement and check the box.
  2. Enter your Transparent Classroom credentials.
  3. Tap Connect.

  1. Your integration is now complete. 🎉
