Export Your Parents/Staff from Transparent Classroom

Exporting your contacts from Transparent Classroom makes it easy to quickly import parents, staff, and students directly into your Onespot app. This saves time and ensures your school community is set up and ready to go in just a few steps.

Step 1: Log Into Transparent Classroom

1. Go to your Transparent Classroom account.

Step 2: Navigate to Directories

1. Hover over the Directories section.

   Select the type of contacts you want to export:

   • Parents
   • Staff
   • Students

Step 3: Export the Contacts

1. In the selected directory, click the Download button.
2. This will generate a CSV file (spreadsheet) with all your contact details.

Step 4: Import the Contacts Into Onespot

1. From your Onespot app, tap the lightning bolt ⚡ icon to open the admin tools.
2. Go to All Members.
3. Drag and drop your CSV file into Onespot.
4. Follow the prompts to map fields (like Name, Email, Phone Number).
