Failed Payment Notifications
Parents automatically receive a push notification when an invoice payment fails. This includes both the initial payment attempt and any automatic retry attempts.

How it works
- A payment attempt fails (e.g., card declined)
- The parent immediately receives a push notification
- If the system retries the payment and it fails again, another notification is sent
- The notification directs the parent to update their payment method or retry payment in the app
What parents see
- Notification title: Payment Failed
- Message explaining the reason (e.g., card declined)
- A link to open the invoice and take action
Why this matters
- Parents can resolve issues right away
- Fewer manual reminders needed from admins
- Helps improve successful payment collection
