Can I send an invoice to a parent without an app account?
Short Answer
Yes. With Awaiting Payer Invoices, you can prepare and save an invoice for a child even before a payer has joined the app or been assigned. The invoice stays in Awaiting Payer status; once a payer is assigned (or the parent joins and is set as the payer), it's automatically created in Stripe and sent.
