You can use Onespot Payments to create and manage tuition, fees, and services directly in your school app. Here's how to add a new product or service:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Your Lightning Bolt

   Open your admin panel and click the ⚡️ Lightning Bolt.

2. Open Onespot Payments

   Navigate to Payments Dashboard > Product, Services, Fees, and Charges.

   Add a New Item

   Click to add a new item. Enter the product or service name (e.g., “Extended Daycare: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM”).

   Set the Price and Description

   • Example: $1,200/month

   • Include details like service dates or terms (e.g., “August 2025 – July 2026”).

     Choose the Billing Type

   • Select Subscription for recurring items (e.g., monthly tuition).
   • One-time payment is also available for things like application fees or event tickets.

3. Save

   Once saved, the item will appear in your product list and can be used in invoices or parent self-checkout.
