Volunteer Hours Tracking Template
Set up and customize your school's volunteer hours tracker — no setup from scratch needed.
How to create the template
There are two ways to get started:
- From your home screen, tap + New Screen → Make a Form → Volunteer Hours Tracking
- Or tap the ⚡ lightning bolt → New Form → Start from a Template → Volunteer Hours Tracking
Customize the title and icon
Once you've selected the template, go to Settings to rename it to something that fits your school.
Some examples:
- Family Hours Tracker
- Parent Volunteer Hours
- Volunteer Hours Tracking
You can also choose any icon to represent it in your app.
Edit volunteer categories
The template comes with pre-made volunteer categories. Before you send the form to parents, make sure to review and update these categories so they reflect your school's actual volunteer activities.
Always edit your volunteer categories before sharing the form with families.
To edit categories:
- Go to your home screen and open the volunteer hours form
- Tap the ⚡ lightning bolt icon → Edit
- Remove any categories you don't need
- Add your own (e.g. Pizza Day, Pizza Night, School Fair)
- Tap the checkmark ✓ to save each change
- Tap Save when done
You're all set
Once your categories are saved, the form is ready to share with your school community. The volunteer hours tracking template will now reflect your school's specific needs.
