How to Add Social Media Links to Your Onespot App

Staying connected with your school community is easier when parents can quickly access your social media pages. Whether you're posting updates on Facebook, sharing videos on YouTube, or showcasing school moments on Instagram, Onespot lets you add direct links to your app’s Home screen, so families can find you with just one tap.

✅ Steps to Add Social Media Links:

1. Click the lightning bolt icon at the top right of your dashboard, or tap “New Screen” from your Home screen.
2. Select “Social Media” from the list of screen templates.
3. Add a title like “Follow Us” or “Connect With Us.”
4. Choose an icon and background color to customize the look of the screen.
5. Set visibility and access permissions:
   • Visibility: Choose if the screen is visible in the app or hidden.
   • Access: Decide whether all users can see it or restrict it to specific account types.
6. Click “Add Content.”
7. Add your social media links — paste in your Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter URLs.
8. You can choose which platforms to include and remove any you don’t use.
9. Preview your screen by clicking the eye icon, and once you're happy with it, click the checkmark icon in the top right.
10. Click “Create.”
11. Choose if you want to share it with everyone and notify all users about the new screen.
12. That’s it! 🎉 Your new Social Media screen will now appear in your app.
