Viewing Your Billing Plans on Your Payments Dashboard

If your school has set up a Billing Plan for your child — tuition or fees split into scheduled installments — you can see the full schedule right on your own Payments Dashboard, without waiting for each invoice to arrive.

Step 1: Open Your Payments Dashboard

Tap the $ (dollar) icon in the top right corner of the app.

Step 2: Find the Billing Plans Card

  • If you're the payer for at least one Billing Plan, you'll see a Billing Plans card on your dashboard.
  • Each plan shows as a timeline of installments — tap the card's header to expand or collapse it.
  • Installments that have already been billed are shown differently from ones still scheduled, so you can see at a glance what's paid, what's coming up, and (if applicable) which child each plan is for.

Step 3: Tap an Installment

  • Already billed? Tapping it opens the regular invoice screen — pay it there if it's still unpaid.
  • Not billed yet? Tapping it opens a read-only Scheduled Invoice screen showing:
    • The scheduled date, amount, due date, and how it will be collected
    • Line items and any plan discounts
    • An estimated service fee, cash/check discount, or ACH discount — whichever applies — based on your current default payment method

Tip: These fee/discount amounts are estimates. Your payment method at the time each invoice is actually created determines the final total — so if you switch payment methods before then, the real invoice may look slightly different.

Save money: If your school offers an ACH (bank account) discount and you're not currently on ACH, the Scheduled Invoice screen will show you exactly how much you'd save on that invoice by switching your default payment method to a bank account before it bills.

Don't See a Billing Plans Card?

  • You won't see it if you're not currently the payer for any Billing Plan.
  • Some schools choose not to show upcoming invoices to payers ahead of time — if you think you should have a plan but don't see this section, check with your school.
