Go to:
Admin Superpowers (⚡) → All Screens & Forms → Open any PDF screen to edit → Shareable Links section
💻 Best used from a web browser — easier to copy and share links from there.
How the Signature Flow Works
- Copy the Request a Signature link
- Found in the PDF screen settings under Admin Superpowers
- Send the signing link to families or staff
- Can be shared through push notification, group chat, email, or text
- Recipient signs the PDF digitally on SignPDF.now
- Works on both mobile and desktop devices
- Recipient downloads the signed PDF
- Recipient sends the signed copy back
- Via email, chat, or any preferred collection method
