Change an App Member’s Account Type

Changing an account type allows you to control what a member can access in your app. This is commonly used when moving a prospective family to an enrolled parent or updating staff access.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click the ⚡ Lightning Bolt icon
  2. Select All Members
  3. Search for the member by name or email
  4. Open their profile
  5. Find the Account Type section
  6. Select the new account type you’d like to assign
  7. Changes save automatically
