Change an App Member’s Account Type
Changing an account type allows you to control what a member can access in your app. This is commonly used when moving a prospective family to an enrolled parent or updating staff access.
Where to Find This
Click ⚡ Administrative Superpowers → All Members
Step-by-Step Guide
- Click the ⚡ Lightning Bolt icon
- Select All Members
- Search for the member by name or email
- Open their profile
- Find the Account Type section
- Select the new account type you’d like to assign
- Changes save automatically
