How to Filter Students in the Billing Dashboard
Overview
The Billing dashboard shows all students pulled from Transparent Classroom, including past or inactive students.
If you only want to see active families, you can apply a filter to show current students only. This keeps your billing view clean and focused.
Why do past or inactive students appear?
You may notice that students who have left your school or are no longer active still appear in the billing dashboard.
This happens because:
- Onespot does not store student data directly
- The billing dashboard reflects what is in Transparent Classroom (TC)
If a student still exists in TC, they will continue to appear in Onespot.
👉 To fully remove a student, they must be updated or deleted in Transparent Classroom.
👉 In Onespot, filtering is the best way to focus only on active students.
How to Show Only Current Students
Follow these steps to filter your billing view:
- Go to Administrative Superpowers (⚡)
- Navigate to Onespot Payments
- Select Billing – payments, invoices, subscriptions

- Click Enrollment Status

- Apply the filter to show Current Students Only

What Happens After You Apply the Filter
- The system will remember your selection
- Each time you return to the Billing dashboard, it will default to showing only current students
- Past or inactive students will no longer appear in your view
