How to Export Stripe Transactions for QuickBooks

You can export your Stripe transaction history as a QuickBooks-compatible .IIF file directly from your Stripe dashboard.

Step-by-step Guide

  • Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.


  • Click Settings.


  • Select Compliance and documents under Account settings.
  • Click the Legacy exports tab.

  • Under QuickBooks export, click Export to QuickBooks.

  • Select your desired date range for the export.

  • Click Export to generate the .IIF file.
  • Download the generated .IIF file to your computer.
  • Import the .IIF file into QuickBooks using the IIF import option.

Thatโ€™s it. Your Stripe transaction history is ready to be added to QuickBooks.
