How to Share Your Entire Screen on Google Meet
Follow these 3 easy steps to share everything on your screen during a meeting 👇
1️⃣ Click the “Share screen” icon
At the bottom of your Google Meet window, click the Share screen icon on the toolbar.
2️⃣ Select “Entire screen”
A pop-up will appear asking what you want to share.
You’ll see three options:
- A tab — shares just one browser tab
- A window — shares one application window
- Entire screen — shares everything on your desktop
➡️ Select “Entire screen”
3️⃣ Click “Share” — and you’re done!
Click the screen preview once, then hit “Share.”
Your whole desktop is now visible to everyone in the call.
💡 Tip: If the Share button is greyed out, make sure you’ve clicked the preview first.
