How to Schedule Notifications
The Schedule Notification feature lets you set reminders or announcements to be sent automatically at a later time. This is perfect for sending reminders before school events, deadlines, or upcoming activities—without having to send them manually.
Step 1: Access the Notification Tool
- In your Administrative Superpowers ⚡, go to Communication → Send Notification.

Step 2: Create Your Notification
- Enter your message title and content (optional).
- Select your audience (e.g., parents, staff, or a specific group).
- Attach any relevant link if needed.

Step 3: Schedule Delivery
- Scroll down to Delivery Time.
- Click Schedule Send, then select Send at this scheduled time.
- Choose your preferred date and time for the notification to be sent.

💡 You can schedule multiple reminders for different events in advance.
Step 4: Save and Confirm
- Review the details to make sure everything looks correct.
- Click Send Notification — it will be automatically delivered at the scheduled time.
