How to Schedule Notifications

The Schedule Notification feature lets you set reminders or announcements to be sent automatically at a later time. This is perfect for sending reminders before school events, deadlines, or upcoming activities—without having to send them manually.


Step 1: Access the Notification Tool

  • In your Administrative Superpowers ⚡, go to Communication → Send Notification.


Step 2: Create Your Notification

  • Enter your message title and content (optional).
  • Select your audience (e.g., parents, staff, or a specific group).
  • Attach any relevant link if needed.


Step 3: Schedule Delivery

  • Scroll down to Delivery Time.
  • Click Schedule Send, then select Send at this scheduled time.
  • Choose your preferred date and time for the notification to be sent.

💡 You can schedule multiple reminders for different events in advance.


Step 4: Save and Confirm

  • Review the details to make sure everything looks correct.
  • Click Send Notification — it will be automatically delivered at the scheduled time.
