How to Customize Your Notifications
Onespot makes it easy to stay connected by letting you customize how you receive important updates from your school. Notifications can be tailored to your needs, whether you prefer push alerts on your phone for instant updates, emails for easy record-keeping, text messages for quick reminders, or phone calls for urgent alerts.
👣 Step-by-Step Guide
- Open your profile
- On Mobile version: Tap the Person icon 👤 (this will immediately display the options).
- On the Web version: Click the 3 horizontal bars ☰ in the top left.
- Click Profile & Preferences.
- Choose Notification Preferences.
- Customize your notifications by checking or unchecking the boxes:
Note that you might miss important alerts if you turn off notifications.
- Go back to the Home Screen — you’re done! 🎉
