How to Download Images in Group Chats (Web)
You can download images shared in group chats on a computer (Mac or Windows). This is helpful for saving shared photos from your school community.
Steps (Mac & Windows)
- In your school app, open the specific group chat (e.g., Elementary Classroom Chat).
- Find the image you want to download.
- Right-click on the image.
- Select “Save Image As…” and choose the folder where you’d like to save it.
Tip: On Mac trackpads (and some Windows laptops), use a two-finger tap to open the right-click menu.
⚠️ Note: Downloading images from group chats on mobile devices (iOS or Android) is not yet supported. This update is on its way.
In the meantime, you can take a screenshot of the photo and crop it before saving it to your phone.
