How to Keep Track of App Members in Onespot
👨👩👧👦Keeping track of your members is now easier than ever with Onespot's filtering tools. Whether you want to see who recently joined, find inactive members, or focus on specific groups, you can use the built-in filters to organize and monitor your member list quickly.
🔍 What You Can Track:
- Members by account type (e.g., Parents, Employees, Visitors)
- Members by group (e.g., Classrooms, Programs)
- Members by admin status (e.g., Admins vs Non-admins)
- Members by name (search by A-Z)
- Members by Date Joined — find out who just signed up
- Members by Last Activity
👥 How to Filter and Track Members
- Click the ⚡ Lightning Bolt icon in the top-right of your app.
- Select All Members.
- Click Show Filters (top right).
- Use any combination of filters to search, sort, or narrow down your list.
You can:
- Sort by Date Joined to find the newest members
- Sort by Last Activity to check who might need a reminder
- Filter by Account Type to view just parents, staff, or visitors
- Search by name for fast lookup


📅 Why This Is Helpful:
- Quickly onboard or follow up with new families
- Identify inactive users who may need support
- See how engagement compares across account types
- Keep your directory accurate and organized
💡 Extra Tips:
- Click Hide Filters once you're done to clean up the screen
- The Total Members section will automatically collapse when filters are open, giving you more space to work.
